Command: /spectate [seconds] [-noclip] (default: 15sec)
Permissions:
- sr.spectate - Allows player to spectate other players
- sr.bypass - Players with this permission will be excluded

Have an eye on your community!

1. Drop the jar-file into your plugin-folder
2. Startup your server and type /spectate
3. Sit back and enjoy your life

Press shift or type /spectate again to disable the rotation.
