We are developing a Minecraft network with a unique gamemode that is:
easy to understand within 5 minutes
highly diverse and engaging
designed to provide new experiences regularly
built to encourage players to join daily
Our goal is to build a stable and long-term active player base.
The owner of MineDrop has international connections, which allows the network to be promoted by YouTubers and content creators at launch.
In addition to the gamemode, we are building a complete ecosystem including:
custom Discord bots
a custom analytics dashboard
fully custom plugins
full integration between Minecraft server, Discord, and web systems
Your Role: Developer Team Lead
We are looking for someone to lead and manage our development team.
Your responsibilities:
Support developers when they need help
Focus fully on leading the development team
Review and control tasks and progress
Test features and ensure quality
Communicate between owners, management, and technical departments
Organize and distribute development tasks
Requirements
Experience in Java Minecraft plugin development (Paper)
Knowledge of databases (MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, etc.)
Experience in team leadership or project coordination (preferred)
Good communication and responsibility
Availability for team communication (not full-time required)
Valid Minecraft account
