Ich habe ein kleines Problem und zwar wird mein Task nicht gecancelt.

Wenn du nicht Runnable sondern stattdessen BukkitRunnable nutzt, kannst du innerhalb des Tasks einfach cancel() nutzen um ihn zu canceln. Ganz ohne IDs.
