Searching for team members for my city life server (Alpha-Phase)!

Dieser Server ist international! Innerhalb des Teams, das hauptsächlich aus deutschsprachigen Mitgliedern besteht wird oftmals aber nur deutsch geredet. Allgemeine Informationen und etwa Schilder auf dem Server sind in englisch und manchmal deutsch gehalten.
Introduction:
My City Life Server is a no survival server. Players don't farm, craft and build in a world.
There is a big capital city and 5 unique, smaller cities. Like an indian (native american) village or an under water city. Players live in the cities, they can buy/rent flats and houses, have pets and cars. They can apply for a job within the city or open a company. Even though it is not survival like normal. The player still has to eat and can get killed. If a player makes a crime, like stealing or murder they go to jail.
Now how does a player earn money? - Through adventures, games and live events which are held by the server team. Or a job within the city, like a police man. Or the player opens a company in which s/he sells a service or products s/he made (pictures, books, house designs).
How can a player be creative? - There is a creative world. It is a normal world and players can build anywhere and as big as they wish in creative mode. The server team will protect the buildings on request. For a price they can transfer a building to a plot in a city they bought.

Team member application:
Basic requirements:
- good at speaking english (exception: Builder, Developer)
- uses Discord and/or teamspeak3 (for talking via microphone)
- uses Skype and/or Discord (for chat)
Ranks
Developer: organizing the plugins, programming
Entertainer: building adventures, holding events
Supervisor: helping players, answering questions, player problem solving, punishing (only required at the end of alpha phase)
City-manager: managing city plots, organizing building transfers, selling/renting/impound plots, setting up plots
Builder: building in the cities and helping entertainers with their builds, building game arenas & co.
Webmaster: improving the internet site
Police officer: playing police (only required at the end of alpha phase)
