About Us
We are an 1500 active Multigaming Community over 5 years old, TeamSpeak and active Website and Forum ~ and are building a Minecraft Project. As an international, multifaceted Community, we offer many games: from eSports titles to casual and social games. With us, there is always something and someone to play with 24/7. However, currently we are venturing into some more complex Minecraft game modes and have dedicated a group to hammer out the details. Between rising in responsibility, we offer the chance to work in an engaging and active team for this Minecraft project.
So what’s the project? - We plan to expand into 3 game modes with different releases and priorities. So while we build the teams, we already expand the player base between our Community’s active Minecraft players and a public audience.
Community Project - A PvE competitive open world builder, where individuals and groups compete in ingame Challenges and Economic warfare. Form a group after spawning, build a village and city, produce and sell goods, trade and complete quests to gain Reputation. Unlock unique content, win building and architectural competitions. Basically, rule your own city, build it and tend to it ~ let it rise to a Kingdom.
Skyblock - starting on an minimalistic island, take on the challenge to setup on your own Skyblock. Compete and fight against other Players in SkyPvP or complete Quests for Extra Loot for your own Skyblock.
All game modes will have monthly Challenges and rewards will partly be tied into our existing Community structure. However, budget and resources for real cash prices and funding are guaranteed.
So what are we looking for? - Staff and Team members of following positions: Conceptor, Builder, Java-Developer
Conceptor
You like inventing new game modes or thinking about reward systems? You want to create a positive player experience with your concept? If you are good in thinking outside the box and at the same time can work around an existing infrastructure and system that requires to be integrated - then this is the right challenge for you. As a conceptor, you structure the details, give soul to essential parts of the project and shape the direction of our Minecraft worlds. So this is what we need from you:
creativity and enthusiasm
good and structural, conceptual thinking
the ability to put that conceptual and creative thinking on paper
basic knowledge about plugins and configs work
responsible attitude and proactivity
working in a small team
communications skill in English, both written and spoken
Builder
The tasks as builders are irreplaceable because it mainly contributes to the server image. If you enjoy designing and building large construction projects, then you're right here. We'll give you everything you need to let your creativity run free and a structured approach to tasks and teams. What you should bring as Builder for our project?
structured and project based work
responsible attitude and completing tasks within a set time frame
communication skills and availability to respond
knowledge in World Edit ( and Voxelsniper )
a good architectural style that fits to our themes (atm Medieval Fantasy)
Java-Developer
If you enjoy programming complex systems, such as Java, then take on the challenge and program something amazing for our project. Your tasks are to work on new plugins and to optimize existing ones. You can work on single pieces of the project or join up the team fully and complete tasks and challenges together. What you should bring as Developer?
clean documentation and structured approach
knowledge of Bukkit / Spigot API
good knowledge of Java
willingness to work in a team
responsible attitude to take on smaller tasks alone
communication skills and availability
problem-solving skills
flexibility and adaptability
