Das ist der Error text Habe Minecraft schon 2mal neu installiert und java auch Bitte Hilfe und der Acc ist NICHT gerackt

Starte Minecraft als Admin oder deaktiviere die UAC.

Suchergebnisse zu chtbrkg.dll zeigen, dass es sich dabei wohl um einen Werbetrojaner handelt. Dein Rechner muss also dringend von Viren befreit werden.
