- highly diverse and engaging
- designed to provide new experiences regularly
- built to encourage players to join daily
Our goal is to build a stable and long-term active player base.

- custom Discord bots
- a custom analytics dashboard
- fully custom plugins
- full integration between Minecraft server, Discord, and web systems
Your Role: Developer Team Lead
We are looking for someone to lead and manage our development team.
Your responsibilities:
- Support developers when they need help
- Focus fully on leading the development team
- Review and control tasks and progress
- Test features and ensure quality
- Communicate between owners, management, and technical departments
- Organize and distribute development tasks
Requirements
- Experience in Java Minecraft plugin development (Paper)
- Knowledge of databases (MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, etc.)
- Experience in team leadership or project coordination (preferred)
- Good communication and responsibility
- Availability for team communication (not full-time required)
- Valid Minecraft account
