Hey! We are MineDrop International, a rapidly growing international Minecraft network currently in large-scale development.We are not just another Minecraft server - we are building a completely custom ecosystem with unique systems, fully self-developed plugins, and a new kind of gamemode that can be understood by players within minutes.
Our goal is to create something that can compete with large networks like Hypixel in the future.

We are currently searching for strong and motivated developers to join our core development team and help build the future of MineDrop.What you will work on:
- Custom Minecraft plugins (Paper/Velocity)
- Core network systems
- Game mechanics & unique gamemodes
- Backend systems for the network
- Performance optimization & scalability
About MineDrop
MineDrop is an international project with a team of 14 people from 8 different countries.We are building everything from scratch:
- No third-party plugin dependency
- No outsourced core systems
- Fully custom-coded network infrastructure
We are also connected internationally, with outreach potential through influencers and social media channels.

Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Java
- Experience with Paper / Spigot API / Velocity API
- Basic understanding of MySQL (optional but recommended)
- Ability to work in a team
- Motivation to build something big
